Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently managing incoming calls and emails.Coordinating with clients, service providers, and local authorities.Managing compliance documentation (both incoming and outgoing).Overseeing client management for new and existing clients.Accurately preparing invoices and ensuring timely delivery.Providing administrative support across teams and departments as needed.Maintaining document control and overseeing system management.Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.What We're Looking ForExperience in BWOF administration is essential.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.Dependable, confident, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work.Exceptional customer service skills and a strong team player mentality.What's On OfferJob security in a permanent role within a growing company.Competitive salary and benefits package.Access to an Employee Assistance Program for additional support.Opportunities for profit-sharing.
