You will be part of our kick-ass reception team and may cover some Duty Manager shifts and responsibilities. You will be the face of Les Mills, the first and last point of contact for our members – please don't follow them home. If you're looking for a career in fitness, this is a great way to get started. You should be able to multitask in a full-on environment and be sharper than Siri when responding to member enquiries. You will ideally: Have experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities if required. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Love working with people and being part of team that has each others backs Have great confidence when meeting new people Be immaculately groomed and be fastidious about maintaining an ordered workspace Have a fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle This role is part time and may require shifts right across the week including weekends and evenings.
