Details of the offer

Building Warrant of Fitness process and managing various service-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming calls and emails efficiently.
Coordinating with clients, service providers, and local authorities.
Managing compliance documentation, both outgoing and incoming.
Overseeing client management for both new and existing clients.
Preparing invoices accurately and on time.
Providing support to other team members and departments as needed.
Maintaining document control and system management.
Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required by other business units.
What We're Looking For: Prior BWOF administration experience is essential.
Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to meet tight deadlines with ease.
Dependable, confident, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to work.
Outstanding customer service abilities and a strong team player.
