Keith Andrews Trucks, a leader in the commercial vehicle industry, is looking for a dedicated Service Administrator to join our dynamic team.What You'll Do:Assist with booking a customer ensuring all relevant information is provided, open up job card and enter job into planner.
Place job card into allocated daily box.Obtain outwork prices.Complete, enter and scan RO's into the system, ensuring accurate costing of all repairs and checking Technician labour is correct.Close off simple service RO's, forward extensive RO's on to Service Manager for authorization.Once standard customer invoices are completed, obtain order numbers if required and post or e-mail.Maintain and complete Technician Time Clock Report ensuring all time is accounted!Manage WIP to benchmarking standards.What We're Looking For:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work under pressure.Tidy and attention to detail.Proficiency with office software and systems.Experienced service administrator with preferably 5yrs+ experience in an automotive/admin or similar environment is a plus.Why Join Keith Andrews Trucks?Work with an industry leader known for quality and innovation.Be part of a supportive and professional team.Opportunities for growth and development in your career.Apply Today!If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and want to be part of a successful team, we'd love to hear from you.
