As our Sensory Leader, you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen.
This is a fixed term opportunity covering parental leave.
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet all the required specifications so that we can deliver high quality products that delight our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Ensuring robust panel performance, including daily clearance panels and weekly profile panels Support and build sensory capability across the site Act on profile results and findings to provide insights to facilitate troubleshooting and problem solving Ability to engage key stakeholders and ensure integrity of the system by challenging individuals Partner with NPD by providing support with trials and development.
Understand key flavour drivers during brand development and provide sensory guidance.
Maintaining and improving laboratory systems Provide accurate, timely and reliable reporting of results Identify and implement opportunities to improve sensory laboratory practices to create more efficient systems To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience running sensory panels Proven to be pragmatic, self-motivated, solutions and customer focused Strong communication capabilities with the ability to bring people together and drive discussions Confidence and courage to challenge Experience in manufacturing, with brewing or beverage experience advantageous Join us in shaping the future of The Pride and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our consumers using cutting edge technology, all the while being a force for good one bottle at time.
