About the role
The Senior Workplace Engineer is a critical role within our Digital and Information Services team that delivers technology outcomes for WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru.
You will provide technical expertise for all aspects, including designing, building, and supporting the underpinning technologies needed to run a modern digital workplace.
What You'll Do
Ensure products or services comply with WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru architecture requirements
Work alongside project delivery teams to assist in the delivery of solution design and recommendations to ensure project outcomes meet strategic direction
Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Lead new initiatives to ensure WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru stay on top of new technologies
Mentor other team members to upskill and uplift capability
What You'll Bring
Significant experience in a technical lead role within a large/complex organisation
Proven experience working within an IT Service management framework
Exceptional relationship management skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Technology Stack (including Azure and Microsoft 365)
Willingness to share knowledge with wider team to uplift capability

Salary range
As part of our remuneration framework, the full salary range for the position is from $136,709 to $180,906.
Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to your base salary.
