Job Description
He mea whakamiharo koe Senior Workforce Planning Analyst? (Are you an amazing Senior Workforce Planning Analyst?)
We're looking for a talented Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to help us keep the good energy flowing on a full-time, fixed-term basis (12 months).
In this interesting and varied role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Clarus' workforce strategy and planning aligns with our business objectives and operational requirements. This position is responsible for analysing workforce data, identifying internal and external trends, and making strategic recommendations to optimise our workforce for the future. The role involves collaboration with different areas of Clarus to forecast workforce needs, identify gaps and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and talent management.
Qualifications

Along with your bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, data analytics, or HR analytics, you will also be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in workforce modelling and forecasting techniques are essential, as are your strong problem-solving skills.
You'll be a confident facilitator with highly effective written and oral communication skills, able to build rapport and effectively influence across levels and functions.
Ideally, you'll have experience managing projects or programmes of work related to workforce planning.
Our team is nationally dispersed - this role can be based in Hillsborough (Christchurch), Wellington CBD or Bell Block (Taranaki).
