We have an opportunity available for a Senior Workforce Planner in our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team.
This exciting role will be influential in helping identify and pursue opportunities for maximising productivity within the context of operating a safe, sustainable airline that delivers to its customers.
This role will be responsible for: Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce performance, identifying gaps, trends and areas for optimisation Design and maintain complex forecasting models to support long-term planning and decision-making Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on workforce analytics, highlighting potential cost savings, productivity enhancements, and process improvements Become an expert in relevant crewing systems and ensure best-practice use Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant internal groups Essential requirements: Problem solving mindset (proactive and outcome-based) Passion for data-driven decision-making and planning Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot/Power Query Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to gain credibility with and influence key stakeholders Preferred: Experience in complex dynamic planning and scenario analysis Understand concepts of advanced statistical forecasting and optimisation models Mathematics/Statistical/Operations Research relevant experience and/or qualifications Although experience in an airline planning environment could be useful, we are looking for experienced analytical problem solvers with a desire to learn, regardless of experience.
