Senior Workforce Insights Advisor The Senior Workforce Insights Advisor will be responsible for the gathering of quantitative and qualitative information and writing concise reports.
The insights collated will support industry, the vocational education system, and government entities to address the skills gap and requirements across sectors, including future skills needs.
This could include leading relevant research projects to provide further insights on the service workforce dynamics - considering wider factors that impact the workforce and the vocational education system response.
As the Senior Workforce Insights Advisor, you will display: Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to analyze and prepare accurate advice on complex issues that span research and policy priorities.
Ability to bring together complex information to inform decision-making.
Demonstrate thought leadership.
A working knowledge of te reo Maori and sound te ao Maori competency is desirable.
An ability to grasp key concepts on new topics quickly.
Able to mentor new analysts/advisors in the policy/research space.
Ability to develop and maintain strong connections with industry and key stakeholders.
Ability to lead projects using a variety of project methodologies.
Ability to develop and maintain strong connections with service industries and key stakeholders.
