Key elements of this role will include:Actively manage your portfolio and relationships with brokers and colleagues to achieve portfolio retention, growth and profitability targets.Represent QBE to our customers and broking partners in a professional manner.Demonstrate and share a detailed understanding of the market and trends.Lead and model QBE values around teamwork, customer focus, listening with empathy, sharing your expertise.Contribute to the development and mentoring of Underwriters and Assistant Underwriters.More information and the full job profile will be shared during the interview process.
