Senior TS Manager October 14, 2024 The Opportunity We are representing a Top 10 international CA firm looking to grow their Corporate Finance advisory presence in Auckland at either Manager or Senior Manager level. This will be an end-to-end people leadership/managerial role with a combination of Transaction Services, M&A, and Valuations. Key Duties Assisting in buy-side and vendor due diligence assignments M&A engagements across sell and buy-side mandates Reviewing, designing, and building financial models - discounted cash flows, 3-way forecast modeling, etc. Business and tangible valuations You'll be working with a broad mix of clients from various sectors and industries from SMEs, private owners to multinationals. The Ideal Profile You would bring a background from one of the Big 4 or leading Mid-tier firms within any of the following service lines: Valuations, Business Recoveries, Deals Advisory, Due Diligence/Transaction Services. Core experience within Transaction Services/FDD is required. 3-5 years post-qualification, with the relevant certifications (CA/CPA/CFA) with recent advisory experience within a public practice setting. You'll have excellent client and stakeholder management skills gained from dealing with a diverse and extensive portfolio.
