We're currently seeking a Senior Travel Consultant with a minimum of five years' experience to join us in delivering exceptional service and creating lifelong memories for our clients.About the Role:As a Senior Travel Consultant at Pukekohe Travel, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will already know the responsibilities of a travel consultant however at Pukekohe we pride ourselves on:Providing personalised recommendations and itinerary planning tailored to each client's needs and preferences.Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after their travels.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, destination knowledge, and product offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations.Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and retain existing clients.What We Offer:Competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $80,000, plus bonuses based on experience and performance.Employee perks, including an annual educational allowance and exciting travel opportunities to expand your horizons.A commuter-friendly workplace with easy parking, ensuring a stress-free journey to work.Requirements:Hold New Zealand residency.Have a minimum of five years' experience as a travel consultant ideally with a focus on cruising.Extensive knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, and ticketing systems (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus).Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes or emergency situations.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Tech-savvy with experience in travel management software and tools.If you're ready to take your career to new heights with a company that values teamwork, innovation, and creating extraordinary journeys, we'd love to hear from you!
