Reporting to the Test Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to provide test automation solutions within Watercare Digital. Working with a team of test automation engineers, you will be working across the business, engaging with stakeholders, developing and maintaining the test automation framework and contributing to test automation strategy. Key responsibilities will include: Contributing to the continuous improvement of the test automation practice through efficient processes. Designing effective test automation solutions for changes through core applications. Collaborating with product owners and delivery leads to ensure clear test acceptance criteria. Mentoring junior members of the test automation team. Applying technical expertise across applications to support cross-functional squad members and delivery. Supporting a high-performance team culture. Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | About you To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary level qualification in an appropriate discipline, as well as recognised and relevant technology industry qualifications. Experience working in agile delivery teams. Experience working with cloud technologies AWS and MS Azure. At least 3 years of experience in test automation, preferably in Selenium. Experience with Infor application is advantageous but not essential. A positive and proactive attitude, who enjoys problem solving and engaging with agile squads.
