The office environment is modern, within a great location, right in the heart of Newmarket, and we operate a flexible/hybrid work model.Reporting to the Test Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to perform a hybrid of automation and manual testing duties in Watercare Digital.You will be working across the application delivery teams, engaging with stakeholders, develop and maintain the test automation framework and contributing to the test automation strategy.Key responsibilities will include:Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing practices.Design, develop, maintain, and evolve optimal test automation solutions in the areas of UI, Integration, or Data.Collaborate with product owners and delivery leads to ensure appropriate test coverage of core functionality, API's and data.Engage with product owners to identify proper test acceptance criteria.Mentoring of junior members of the test automation team.Supporting a high-performance team culture.Perform both manual and automated testing.
