Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager and working within a collaborative and supportive team.
For the successful candidate, this collaborative and integral position will be a career-defining role to support the foundations for the client's ongoing success in 2024.
A snapshot of a typical day: Manage inspections, handle day-to-day repairs and maintenance, respond to emergencies and execute preventative maintenance.
Oversee site operations to ensure uninterrupted property services, collaborate with vendors for optimal work schedules.
Maintain building operations for efficient asset management.
Assist the management, liaise with tenants, provide superior customer service.
Work as a part of an experienced Facilities Management Team and deliver exceptional results.
Mo koe - About you: (ESSENTIAL) Facilities Management experience with a strong focus on commercial assets.
(ESSENTIAL) Familiar with office equipment maintenance (UPS, HVAC, electrical boards etc).
(ESSENTIAL) Experience within compliance, sustainability and strong knowledge of Fire, Mechanical and Electrical Services.
Trade experience/qualification highly desirable.
Contractor management experience in commercial or industrial building environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
