The team ensures that business applications supporting Parliament are effectively delivered, maintained, and aligned with organisational needs. Additionally, they manage relationships with IST customers to deliver strategic solutions that meet quality standards and promote a customer service focus across the IST Group and its service providers.
Mo te tunga | About the role: The Senior Technical Business Analyst will enhance parliamentary applications and support process improvements by collaborating with stakeholders and managing complex requirements. Key responsibilities include tracking requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, and providing change management support. The Analyst should have experience with applications like Microsoft CRM, Teams, ServiceNow, and Document Management systems, ensuring technical solutions meet specifications and optimise productivity.
Lead technical tasks and implement solutions while ensuring high-quality requirements management.Support the implementation of business requirements according to best practices to deliver quality products.Create accurate documentation for technical requirements, business processes, and training needs.Provide technical analysis advice to effectively manage planning activities and stakeholder expectations.Participate in discussions with developers and vendors to ensure systems meet business and stakeholder needs.Support testing processes, oversee system architecture, and mentor junior analysts to drive technical excellence.To kete | What you will bring to the role: Solid experience in technically focused business analysis roles.Proficient in business analysis methods, documentation, and SaaS product implementation with complex integrations.A good team player, with a positive attitude, self-confidence, and strong attention to detail.Experienced presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Knowledgeable in user-interface design with strong problem analysis and resolution skills.Excellent written and oral communication abilities, demonstrating good judgment and impartiality.Proactive and confident in working independently.Nga ahuatanga kei a matou| What's in it for you?
