Perform and own the analysis and reverse-engineering of existing integrations from our core banking system and data warehouse, and the identification of solutions that are viable from financial, technical, resource and change perspectives.You will lead a range of workstreams to deliver robust solutions, using your influencing skills to develop a shared understanding of purpose, roles, and ways of working across everyone involved. In working closely with a range of internal and external business and technical stakeholders, you will understand and document any considerations, potential solutions, and delivery pathways.Your work will identify any gaps or inaccuracies in existing documentation and knowledge, along with balancing the priority to move functionality away from our core banking platform in a timely manner with the desire to deliver improvements to our stakeholders across the business.The ability to bridge together business, technical and data knowledge is a critical aspect of this role, as is an enthusiasm for understanding new and different business processes and technologies.This is a full-time 12-month fixed-term position based in our central Wellington office.You will bring:At least 5 years' experience in a technical or business analysis roleKnowledge of data and process modellingLeadership of teams or initiativesExperience dealing with stakeholdersWhat's in it for you?Come and experience Cooperative difference.
