In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Production Manager to provide exceptional service and support to our clients across a range of accounting and financial management needs.

The Role: Client management: Manage your own client portfolio, focusing on maintaining relationships, providing effective support, and delivering tailored solutions.
Leadership: Lead and mentor your team, providing guidance and support to foster professional development while empowering junior staff through effective delegation and increased responsibilities.
Workflow oversight: Oversee and review the workflow of junior team members to ensure the competent delivery of a full range of BAS services.
Advisory: Identify and act on opportunities to add value and offer strategic advisory services.
Team player: Is a team player and results-driven.
Public practice experience: Has previous public practice experience.
Technical knowledge: Possesses a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to apply it in finalising client jobs.
Tax planning: Is confident in preparing tax planning figures and analysis.
Interpersonal skills: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
Communication skills: Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organisational skills: Can multi-task, work independently, and prioritise tasks in a highly organised and methodical manner.
Qualifications: Holds an accounting degree, with CA or CPA qualifications being desirable.
