The firm takes pride in its open-door approach and strongly focuses on educating its clients.
The Role: Managing a varied portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for delivering high-end private and business tax advice.
Resolving detailed taxation issues
Manage client relationships
Undertaking tax consulting engagements for clients, providing them with high-quality specialist tax advice
Preparing well-researched and analysed tax opinions, demonstrating a solid knowledge of taxation legislation and opinion writing
Take a lead role and participate in ongoing internal training sessions, addressing knowledge gaps and maintaining an up-to-date tax technical knowledge base
About You:
10+ years practising in tax advisory
Qualification as a Chartered Accountant or law professional
High-level knowledge of New Zealand tax legislation and international agreements
Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
Able to deal confidently with complex technical issues
