Develop and execute a proactive recruitment and talent acquisition strategy aligned with succession planning and talent review programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Recommend and drive improvements in screening and assessment processes with recruiters and interviewing teams. Stay updated on market shifts and leverage them to identify recruiting opportunities. Conduct market research and provide insights to help hiring managers understand their talent landscape. Actively participate in networking and recruiting events across Australia. Collaborate with HR and business partners to innovate and enhance talent sourcing and engagement strategies. Candidate Requirements: Skills: Extensive experience in recruiting and sourcing within an RPO or internal talent acquisition environment. Strong research, sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to build strategic candidate pipelines and influence hiring decisions through market insights. Excellent business acumen to understand and address business needs. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of IT technology trends (e.g., Cloud computing, IoT, AI) and experience in the Software/Internet/IT Consulting industry. Experience with mind mapping tools for presenting sourcing strategies. Background in Talent Intelligence Programs. Top 3 Essential Skills: Technical sourcing expertise Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities High organizational skills and proficiency with data management Ideal Candidate: 5 years of relevant experience Self-starter with in-house experience Sourcing-focused background (as opposed to pure recruiting roles) Proven experience sourcing Sales and Tech roles (RPO, onsite, or internal; agency-only experience not preferred)
