Senior Survey Manager

The Role The Senior Surveyor Manager will lead a survey team to deliver survey services, ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementation of construction plans. Engaging with all project teams and offering survey advice to achieve project goals. Coordinate surveying activities to meet project, statutory, and legislative requirements and will promote project and company principles, provide team direction, and act as a liaison between construction management and the survey team in construction leadership. You'll likely be supporting a major South Auckland project right from the get-go! About you A leader with broad civils experience, technically excellent and process driven. You'll be proficient in the use of surveying software and equipment. Have prior experience in managing a survey team. Several years' experience managing resources efficiently, including overseeing costs and ensuring the survey team is committed to maintaining high safety standards and proactive risk management. Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and technologies Previous survey leadership or management experience Major projects experience would be an advantage Proficient in surveying software and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We recognise that treating our people well is only partially about what happens during work hours.
