You will be part of a valued team responsible for a variety of processes including but not limited to: managing our vehicle fleet, overseeing facilities, and event co-ordination. You will be the first point of contact for email and phone enquiries and will manage incoming national and local phone calls. Responsibilities also include mail distribution, access card management, greeting visitors, and managing the daily requirements of a busy office.Salary range: $60,079 - $72,199 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.
