Let's talk Money:
Each week, you'll be paid an agreed competitive hourly rate OR the bigger number from a percentage of your sales.
We have the industry-leading commission amount, calculated on a WEEKLY basis for each of our staff and 10% commission on all your retail sales made in salon and online.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Our new Stylists will have 3+ years of experience with cuts and colour. With a loyal local clientele, as well as our centralised marketing team steering clients your way, you'll know how to manage, maintain and retain your column professionally.
Our new Stylists will have:
A Level 4 NZ Hairdressing Certificate;
OR International equivalent qualification;
OR 3+ years of experience with cuts and colour.
