It is essential to be CPEng qualified to be considered for this position with a background in the design of NZ based high end residential, as well as complex commercial related projects.The projects are challenging and often require innovative design solutions. Sectors covered include commercial, high-end luxury residential, retail, hospitality and healthcare and are generally new build and complex in nature. In return, you will be well remunerated as well as offered a pathway towards becoming a Project Director.
