Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisor

Wellington Water are looking for two Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisors to join their team.

The opportunity

Lead the development and delivery of stakeholder and community engagement strategies for Wellington Water's capital projects.

Work with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver on-the-ground engagement activities.

Ensure a community centric lens is provided on all Wellington Water capital projects.

Lead the organization and management of community events and meetings.

Provide strong engagement advice and support to leaders.

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring the following:

Solid experience in community engagement with a strong customer focus.

Highly developed relationship building and management skills.

Ability to read people and situations and adapt to changing environments and context, as well as deal with ambiguity.

Ability to plan strategically as well as implement and deliver engagement activities.

A full clean driver's license as some travel across the wider Wellington region is needed.
