Purpose of this Role This role will play a pivotal role in the sales process as you participate as one of the earliest touch points a customer has with UneeQ. You will listen to each customer's vision, ask questions about the business outcomes, and articulate to the customer and internally the technology and patterns required to achieve the customer's stated outcome(s). You will be responsible to create the technical design using the UneeQ Validated Design which achieves customer outcomes. This role will then journey with customers throughout their lifecycle with UneeQ as a trusted technical advisor.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our conversational AI solutions.
Work with customers to design and implement solutions using established patterns to onboard customers, ensuring successful deployment and integration with their existing systems.
Lead customers towards high repeatability, through promoting validated solutions and minimizing non-strategic services engagements, whilst ensuring the use case success and execution quality is at the high standard we expect.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams during the entire customer lifecycle. Introduce Professional Services and/or Customer Success to the customer and ensure tight communication with internal teams regarding the customer's stated objectives, the recommendations and architecture proposed, and continue to provide updated technical guidance and support as required.
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products, patterns, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Research proof of concept solutions that align with customer requirements during the sales process.
Create and deliver technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and API references.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials to highlight technical features and benefits.
Act as a liaison between the sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product development.

Required Skills, Experience and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical pre-sales role, preferably within the AI or software industry.
Strong knowledge of CGI and Unreal Engine, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
Expertise in cloud hosting services, particularly AWS, and experience with other cloud platforms is a plus.
Solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
Familiarity with system architecture, including the design and integration of APIs.
Proficiency with all major operating systems: Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
