This role is ideal for a talented individual looking to advance into a more senior position within a busy, high-performing, and supportive environment. The work is diverse, ensuring that no two days are the same. The team represents listed companies and other prominent clients in significant and complex matters, ranging from advisory work and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to appearances in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.As part of a team renowned for its broad expertise and recognised proficiency in various areas, you will engage with a variety of commercial litigation cases, particularly those related to financial services and insolvency, as well as property, construction, company, judicial review, and intellectual property disputes.
