As a Commercial Technology Lawyer, you will be deeply involved in some of the most significant NZ-based transactions, both domestically and globally. Your role will encompass advising on procurement and supply, cloud computing, everything-as-a-service, reseller and distribution models, as well as complex IT outsourcing agreements. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating these intricate legal landscapes.

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Technology Lawyer position brings at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a commercial or corporate team. You possess strong knowledge of technology law and have proven experience handling complex legal transactions.
