Job Description Position: Senior Software Engineer Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum Location: Wellington, Somerset, UK Working Arrangements: Hybrid (2 days on-site per week) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer ready for your next challenge?

What You'll Do: As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of both new and legacy software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading New Projects: Spearhead the development of a new Microservice project.
Maintaining Legacy Systems: Ensure our existing WPF products continue to perform at the highest standards.
Integrated Solutions: Design and develop software that integrates seamlessly with bespoke hardware, automating the testing of complex electrical systems.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial software development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# .NET, Microservices, frontend frameworks like Vue.js, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with WPF is a plus.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in team settings, contributing to design discussions and mentoring junior developers.
Quality Driven: Strong commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code.
Desirable Skills: Electronics Insight: A basic understanding of electronic circuits and testing is advantageous.
Industrial Experience: Familiarity with software development in industrial environments.
