Wellington based Great development opportunity Variety at the heart of the Ministry Mo te turanga mahi The Governance team within the Office of the Chief Executive is the 'front door' for the ministry, managing key external relationships with ministers and other Government agencies.
The team also focuses on raising the standards of policy advice, while providing internal and external governance advice to ministers and senior leaders.
This advisor role is an excellent stepping stone for a strong communicator with a professional approach.
You will build an in-depth understanding of Crown entity monitoring and build relationships with our senior leadership team by providing first-class governance support.
You will be politically savvy, a creative thinker, and an influencer with an ability to grasp multiple viewpoints.
You will support the Senior Advisor and Principal working on Crown Monitoring with administration and processes to ensure high-quality analysis and advice is delivered at all times.
You will also contribute to other functions of the Governance team, including working with our senior leadership team and providing support to the Chief Advisors and the wider Office of the Chief Executive team.
This role is full of development opportunities as you support a range of strategic and operational initiatives and build connections across the Ministry.

Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
