Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with a client who is expanding the team to get this project moving. They are now looking for a solid site manager to join the team soon on a multi million dollar new build apartment project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site manager to step up on to a great new build project. There is a competitive package available for the right candidate who can make this project happen. You will be comfortable being on site and not afraid to get stuck in if required. Your experience being the key to success and running an organised and structured site. This client takes on projects from greenfield sites to handover, so you can be part of the main build and then fit out of this project, giving you a fantastic challenging project and keep you busy in these slightly lumpy times. With an ongoing pipeline of projects going forward, you could really secure a long lasting role. To be considered for this role, this client requires the following: Ability to interpret plans and an understanding of NZ building practices and codes. Related construction qualification. Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised. Possess excellent communication skills. Good problem solver. Have a strong work ethic. Ability to follow and develop the programmes. Ability to manage sub trades. Awareness of and willingness to follow Health & Safety rules and regulations. This client prides itself on being close knit, who takes real ownership in what they do.
