Job specific informationThis role offers you an exciting opportunity to become involved in an organisation making a difference in the community. The Senior Service Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of services provided by CCS Disability Action within the Waikato region.
The position is a leadership role which involves relationship building, support and administration along with leading service staff who provide support services, information, and advocacy for disabled people and their family/whanau.

About the role:Lead and coordinate high quality services that are creative, flexible, and responsive to the needs of disabled people and their families/whanau.Lead and coordinate delivery of contracted services which meet the funders' specifications.Provide effective leadership and supervision to staff.Drive quality improvement activities and contribute to regional planning.Recognise safety issues for children, young people, and vulnerable adults, respond to these and refer to appropriate supports/organisations (internal and external).We have a positive workplace culture that places value on employee wellbeing and work-life balance.
