THE ROLE: As a Senior Security Team Lead, you will lead a team of electronic security technicians to install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards. You will also drive revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote and sell our advanced security technology solutions. This key account management role involves regular client meetings and support. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide technical support and guidance to team members, resolving any technical challenges that may arise. Assist with technical responsibilities such as installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic security systems as needed. Assess work requirements, scope jobs, price quotations, sell maintenance contracts, and upgrades. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. Understand their business objectives and security needs to position our solutions effectively. Recommend tailored security solutions that align with their specific requirements. Prepare detailed technical proposals and cost estimates for the proposed solutions. Serve as the key client contact, provide regular progress updates, address inquiries, maintain accurate project documentation, and facilitate As Built documentation. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Electrical trade or related experience and/or qualification. 5-10 years of experience with electronic security products and systems (e.g., Gallagher, Integriti, Protégé). Knowledge of CCTV, cameras, intrusion detection, and intercom systems (e.g., Milestone, Axis, Genetec, Avigilon). Strong project/job management and organizational abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and team members. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
