The Role: As a Records Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation's Electronic Document and Records Management System and ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of digital records. You will support staff in using the system efficiently, provide training, and contribute to the continuous improvement of records management processes. Requirements: Assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of the organisation's EDRMS. Stay up to date with developments in records management technology and best practices. Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to the EDRMS, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Create and maintain records following corporate metadata standards to ensure fast and accurate retrieval. Train and onboard staff in using the EDRMS, ensuring they are proficient in managing their documents within the system. Use various internal and external systems, software, and web-based tools (including Microsoft Teams) to support record-keeping activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex records management issues. Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials and resources related to the EDRMS and records management practices. Key Requirements: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. High level of digital literacy, including experience working with EDRMS or similar records management systems (experience with Datascope EDRMS is preferred but not essential). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
