We're searching for an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Systems Team. You'll be a key player in delivering innovative, user-focused SAP solutions that enhance business outcomes and simplify operations. At the heart of our mission is agility, and you'll be part of a team that embraces cutting-edge tools and techniques to continuously improve the way we work.
What You'll Be Doing: Consult and advise – you'll be the go-to SAP expert, working closely with stakeholders, guiding the best solutions, and staying ahead of the latest SAP updates and features.Drive business outcomes – collaborate with business owners and users to streamline operations and solve business challenges using your SAP module knowledge and cross-functional expertise.Configuration and customisation – configure SAP modules (especially S/4HANA Finance) and ensure everything aligns with SAP best practices and industry standards.Coach and lead by example – help other SAP functionals grow, offering guidance on both technical skills and consulting soft skills.Collaborate – work hand-in-hand with technical consultants to implement seamless integrations between SAP and other systems, ensuring a clean-core approach.User-focused design – make sure SAP solutions are intuitive and aligned with UX principles, providing awesome experiences for end-users.Train and support – offer training to users and provide ongoing support to keep everything running smoothly post-implementation.Embrace agility – work in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring quick, responsive, and high-quality solutions.About You Ideally, you will have 8+ years SAP experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance modules (S/4HANA Finance, GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and more), along with a passion for staying up to date with SAP advancements and constantly improving processes. You will also have:
Cross-functional expertise in PS, MM, SD (Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes) and experience with WRICEF developments.Leadership skills – ability to coach others, make recommendations, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.An Agile mindset – adaptable and experienced in agile methodologies like SCRUM or SAFe.Bonus points for: experience in retail, ABAP debugging, REFX, OpenText VIM, Fiori, and knowledge of IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, and BADIs.
