We Go Beyond for A Safer WorldSenior RF Engineer - Fixed Term (24 Months)Tait Communications is seeking an experienced Senior RF Systems Engineer with both technical and people management skills, to take on the role of Team Lead for the RAN System Design team.Based in our head office in Christchurch, this role is part of the core project team dedicated to delivering a secure digital land mobile radio communications network across New Zealand, as part of the Government's Public Safety Network (PSN). With more than 450 sites across the country, you'll be contributing to the design of one of the largest P25 networks in the world.Te Turanga - The RoleIn this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager for the Project and lead a small team of Systems Engineers. Your focus will be on RF engineering, engaging across all stages of customer interaction and project development, from establishing clear specifications and viable contracts to implementation, deployment, acceptance, and support transition.
