Senior Responsible Investment Analyst | Climate Full time One of New Zealand's high-profile fund managers is seeking to add expertise to their investments team. Working closely with the Head of Responsible Investment, the key purpose for this position is to ensure all investment-related climate-related activities required to support the fund's Climate-related Disclosures (CRDs) are managed, undertaken, and recorded, including scenario analysis. The Role Work with other Funds Management teams, including Product, to further enhance Climate-related Disclosure material and ensure documents are an accurate reflection of the governance, risk and opportunities, strategy, and metrics of the organisations managed investment schemes. Coordinate and manage to ensure the delivery and execution of CRDs is taken into account in other strategic initiatives including industry certifications, working with colleagues from Funds Management and Centres of Excellence where required. Planning and executing annual scenario analysis. Undertaking annual review of climate-related targets and goals. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in CRD obligations and related guidance. Working closely with the Product team to draft CRDs as a Subject Matter Expert. Work closely with the Climate Analyst and Performance team to assist with climate-related metrics analytics and the reporting of outcomes to stakeholders including the organisation's Board. Provide guidance and coaching to all team members to enable successful execution of team strategy within allowable frameworks. About You At least three years of experience in Responsible Investments, ESG Investing, Climate-related Disclosures (CRDs), or related fields. Good understanding of New Zealand Climate-related Disclosure requirements. An interest in (or exposure to) banking & finance, financial markets and/or funds management. An interest (or exposure to) climate change risks and opportunities in a corporate environment. Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Climate-related area, Mathematics or similar).
