Senior Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Reporting Analyst. About the Senior Reporting Analyst role As Senior Reporting Analyst you will assist the Financial Director in analyzing and forecasting business performance working closely with all key stakeholders in the Winery, HR, Marketing, Operations, IT, RCOE Singapore and MH Central Finance teams, and will have the opportunity to work on other various projects. Key responsibilities include: Manage the coordination of the forecasting processes submissionsLiaise with the Finance team to gather information and ensure deadlines are metPrepare templatesPrepare OVH books and Estate Book during Forecasting periodConsolidate, review, upload and check forecast figures in the Essbase tool and Syrus platformForecast contributive cash flow in liaison with Finance teamPrepare and review of financial reports after each forecast (volume analysis, sales, standard costing financials, profit analysis, etc.)Update and circulate validated figures at the end of each forecast phaseResponsible for GL postings relating to A&P and OVH expenses as part of Month End Closing processKey point of contact with any queries on analytical coding of expensesProfileIdeally, you will have Eligibility to work in NZ long-termBusiness school degree or university graduate in accounting5+ years' experience in reporting, business analysis and internal control role(s)Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skillsExcellent Excel skills and knowledge of Hyperion Essbase is a plusAbility to build successful relationships with key stakeholdersA taste for improving processes and toolsFlexibility in adapting to changing priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
