Role Overview The role of Senior Remuneration Partner will offer you significant variety in the course of your job.
Whether you're: Partnering with our People Team and people leaders to advise on job sizing and appropriate remuneration; Conducting market research to inform remuneration recommendations for our annual performance and remuneration review; Leading the review of our employee benefits to develop a New Zealand-leading benefits and reward package.
This role presents the opportunity to bring your innovative and creative best and play a fundamental role in Vector's ability to attract and retain talent.
Key Responsibilities Your key strength will be your outstanding analytical and numeracy skills, coupled with very strong Excel skills.
You'll be adept at collating and analysing data to come up with recommendations that solve real challenges.
You'll have existing human resources experience, with a solid understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice.
Job evaluation experience is essential; familiarity with EY CareerMap is advantageous.
You'll have strong communication and interpersonal skills – experience with board paper preparation is advantageous.
