The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing recruitment services to their clients and candidates with the support of company resources and like-minded people. The ideal person will have a proven track record of success in recruitment running a full desk and the desire to be more than what they are now. They will be confident in their ability to find the roles, the talent and then make that perfect match. They will be able to work independently as this role is a remote role within New Zealand that while needing to support the clients can be done from anywhere in New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
Identify and assess client needs
Develop and implement solutions to meet client needs
Manage and execute recruitment projects from start to finish
Provide training and support to candidates
Manage their business through tracking and reporting project progress in the CRM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
4+ years of experience in 360 recruitment
Strong desire to provide a better recruitment experience for their clients and candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM's and LinkedIn Recruiter
