To manage our own growth and plan for succession, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter or HR Professional to join the team and work with us to develop client relationships and your own trusted partnerships.
To achieve the best results and rewards, you will ideally have a background and experience in recruitment, including senior management/executive level.
This experience may be from other consulting roles, although equally we can see how this opportunity may appeal to corporate in-house recruiters looking for a more varied and challenging role.
This previous experience will be complimented with strong HR disciplines with sound processes & systems, a natural inclination to work methodically with that eye for detail and the ability to adopt a commercial focus.
The key to success is the ability to develop and manage a broad range of relationships with passion amongst both clients and candidates, which imply you will have solid communication skills, both written and oral.
