This is a unique chance to make a huge impact and be a part of setting up AUT Online.About the roleIn this role, you will lead and develop the student-facing teams for AUT Online including a high-performing student recruitment team and a dedicated student retention team. You will drive the recruitment team to achieve AUT Online's recruitment targets by effectively converting prospective student leads into applications and enrolments. Concurrently, you will guide the student retention team to support AUT Online students from enrolment to graduation, with a focus on maximising retention rates and enhancing student success.Skills and ExperienceYou will be experienced leading large teams in an outbound sales environment. You will also bring with you:Minimum 5 years' experience leading operational teams within an education sales environmentExperience encouraging, motivating and driving team performanceExperience supporting students across a full student journey (from lead acquisition to graduation)Proven ability to deliver sales-based targets and performance targets, within agreed timeframesCommitment to and understanding of te Ao Maori, and Te Tiriti o WaitangiCultureHere at AUT we are more of a community and there is real purpose and meaning underpinning what we do.
