We have some very exciting projects underway in Invercargill and you will have the opportunity build on our successes and continue to lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and accurate financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual activities.
You will have a solid track record working for a main commercial contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size.
The role includes project financial management and administration of building contracts, final account negotiations, letting and administration of sub-contractors.
You must be a team player, who take personal ownership and responsibility for your results ensuring Best Practice principles are achieved.
