Role available now but for the right person my client can wait so you can start 2025 with a great career move.The friendly team environment is professional yet relaxed with regular team social events, a positive level of work flexibility and an extra holiday so you can enjoy your birthday off work.This role suits someone with PQS (consulting) experience who enjoys client relationship work as well as technical delivery; this is your starting point with the opportunity for you to grow within the business.Typical Work Includes:Cost planning and estimating work on construction projectsBank fund monitoring and reportingFeasibility studies and cost management during constructionExperience:Keen, ideally you will bring Quantity Surveying experience from a PQS consultancy, although contracting experience will be considered.
