Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Company:This main contractor has a healthy workload forecast for the next 2 years as they look to grow their Hawkes Bay office. They are on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead the financial management of several projects between $10M - $40M.Commencing on a $20M commercial project plus more in the pipeline, you will be taking a lead with the commercial project outcomes in the region.Typically your duties will involve:Preparing tenders, project administration, evaluating & costing of variationsLiaising with sub-contractors & clientsFinancial reporting & cost monitoring / projectionPreparation, submission and negotiation of Interim and Final accountsYou will need to possess the following to apply:A relevant Quantity Surveying qualificationExperience working for a Main Contractor, at least 7 years in NZExperience working on commercial projects over $10M in valueYou are looking to grow and develop your career with a top company and bring leadership strengthsYou bring passion, motivation and a positive attitudeSalary: $130K - $160K + veh/veh allowance pending experienceFor further information on this opportunity please contact Matt Shortt on 027 554 4064 or apply through the link below.Ref: 129073
