You will be part of the Commercial Team and will be responsible for delivering successful tender bids in the best interests of the company. You will also be required to have the skills to add value to early contractor involvement through concept and budget estimating.Ideal CandidatesA minimum of 6 years of tendering/estimating experience combined with a related qualification to Quantity SurveyingTechnical proficiency and understanding of commercial, residential, and architectural residential constructionExperience reading and interpreting architectural plans/drawingsStrong computer literacyAble to lead and be part of a team to deliver a common goalThorough understanding of New Zealand construction methods and systemsCandidates must have the right to live and work in NZ and hold a valid and current driver's license.
