They have an energetic working environment and are well placed for further growth in the coming years.They have a complex $80M+ project that is under construction and is now in need of a Senior QS to manage its financial performance. This project has a high level of design change/development and therefore client instruction and site instruction requiring cost control management.The role will include but not be limited to: Pricing and estimating of build costs Budget management Job cost management in liaison with project manager Tendering evaluation and letting of contracts Cost forecasting and management, reporting and analysis Contractual management and reporting to stakeholders Sub-contractor variation management and reporting Mentoring and development of Intermediate QS's Your background consists of the following: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying 10+ years experience of working in Quantity Surveyor capacity on commercial projects in NZ from $50M - $100M Strong Financial Reporting Fined tuned cost management and analysis ability Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Strong Procore financial management strengths This role will provide a high level of challenge in a complex and changing project.Remuneration: $165K -$170KFor further information, please call on 027 554 4064 or send your resume to ******Ref: 128740 Hi I'm Matt, I manage this role.
