Senior Quantity Surveyor

This Tier 2 main contractor has a longhistory of success building in the $10M - $40m market.
They are on the lookout for an experiencedQuantity Surveyor to commercially lead the financial management and delivery of one of severalprojectsbetween $20M - $30M.They are a contractor with clients experiencing growth, theyprice smartly in the tendermarket, theyhave Directors who are well connected to developersandas a result are continuing to experience confidence in pipeline ahead.

Typically your duties will involve: Preparing tenders, project administration, evaluating & costing of variationsLiaising with sub-contractors & clientsPreparation, submission and negotiation of Interim and Final accountsYou will need to possess the following to apply: A relevant Quantity Surveying qualificationExperience working for a Main Contractor, at least7 - 8 years ideally in NZ,Experience working on commercial projects over $10M in value and have worked across the whole gambit of trades.You are looking to grow and develop your career with a top contractorYou bring passion, motivation and a positive attitudeFor further information on this opportunity please contact Matt Shortt on027 554 4064or apply through the link below.
