The Ecosystem is about relationships with partners. The partners use Xero APIs and build applications that users can connect using the Xero App Store and pay for the apps using Ecosystem Billing. The development portal provides partners with API documentation and allows them to manage their applications and billing.
We are looking for a Team Lead - Engineering to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will lead a pod of talented engineers. Working together with the Product Manager and Lead Engineers, you will set the direction of the pods, forming and executing on a delivery plan. You will promote successful outcomes for the pods, through supporting your direct reports in becoming awesome Xeros, fostering a culture of teamwork, as well as promoting excellent engineering and delivery practices.
