Senior Purchasing, Payables and Receivables Advisor We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchasing, Payables and Receivables Advisor to provide efficient, effective, and responsive support to the Manager Purchasing, Payables and Receivables.

You will be responsible for: Preparing purchasing, payment and receivable team metricsEnsuring accounts receivable processes are maintainedActively monitor and manage overdue accountsTriaging the accounts payable, purchasing and receivables inboxes efficiently and allocation of the emailsPreparing excel reports, analysing results and emailing these results to the wider DIASupporting purchasing, payables and receivables team members with problem solvingMaintenance of both team and user guidesMaintenance of the DIA intranetManagement of the team in the absence of the ManagerStaff training for new team membersProvide user training to the wider DIAWe need someone who has: Proven experience in providing efficient and effective accounts payable, purchasing services and/or receivables services to a team, preferably within the public sector and at a senior level.Prior experience building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships.Demonstrated experience managing high volumes of work within tight time frames, to required quality standards.Experience using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.Ability to analyse data.Proficiency in working with financial information.We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
